Classification of permanent magnet

There are two categories of permanent magnetic materials:

The first category is: alloy permanent magnetic materials, including rare earth permanent magnet materials (NdFeB), samarium cobalt (SmCo), AlNiCo magnet (AlNiCo).

The second category is Ferrite permanent magnet material (Ferrite).

These are the major permanent magnet material currently on the market, and some because of the original production process or cost reasons, is not eliminated, a wide range of applications such as Cu - Ni - Fe , Fe - Co - Mo , Fe - Co - V , MnBi.

 

Rare earth permanent magnet material (ndfeb Nd2Fe14B) : it is divided into three types according to the production process.

2,Bonded ndfeb permanent magnets, bonded ndfeb is ndfeb powder and resin, plastic or low melting point metal binder such as mixing, and then use methods such as compression, extrusion and injection molding compound made of ndfeb permanent magnets.The product is formed once, and can be made into complex shapes without secondary processing.Neodymium iron boron is magnetic in all directions and can be processed into neodymium iron boron compression mold and injection mold.High precision, excellent magnetism, good corrosion resistance and good temperature stability.


3,The injection molded neodymium ferroboron magnet has extremely high accuracy and can be easily made into thin wall rings or thin magnets with complex anisotropic shapes.
